DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Wine received damaged upon delivery will be replaced or fully refunded. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@lakehayes.co.nz If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled due to availability, a full refund would apply.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All pricing displayed on this site are in the currency indicated and include GST and any other taxes. All purchases are subject to the laws of New Zealand.

FREIGHT INFORMATION
New Zealand
All New Zealand deliveries are couriered and can take up to 2 – 6 working days to arrive.
Amisfield cannot guarantee the precise date and time of delivery.
A signature upon delivery is required unless permission is received at the time of ordering requesting to deliver without a signature.

New Zealand Freight Charges
Freight free for 12 bottle orders. 1 – 11 bottles = $10 per case.
Rural delivery surcharge = $5 per case.

Australia
Freight free for 12 bottles or more (includes taxes, duties & delivery). Orders can take up to 3 – 6 working days to arrive.

Delivery Details
Your order will be dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
For orders of 11 bottles or less a charge of NZD$50 will be applied to your order.
